Let me help take your writing from good to great.
If you're a writer, you need an editor.
Even best-selling authors can benefit from professional editorial feedback. A fresh set of eyes on your writing can make a world of difference. Especially if you work with an editor who has decades of writing, editing, and publishing experience. Someone like me!
I will give you honest editorial feedback and specific advice on how to improve your writing. Whether you've written a full manuscript draft or have a nugget of an idea; whether you need a heavier developmental edit or a grammatical polish, my goal as your editor is to make your writing as impactful, engaging, and polished as possible.
I'm not here to judge your writing---I'm here to help elevate it. I love what I do and give editorial feedback in positive and constructive ways.

What authors say about working with me...
Erin's editing skills are superb. She's professional and speedy, with a sharp eye for detail and story structure. I give her my highest recommendation.”
—Lori Nelson Spielman,
New York Times best-selling author of The Life List (now a featured movie on Netflix),
Sweet Forgiveness, and
The Star-Crossed Sisters of Tuscany
Erin has always been a full partner who troubleshoots a narrative; her insight is about so much more than refining text. She takes charge of the editorial process and doesn't just respond to questions. I was fortunate to have found Erin on an earlier book and have been wise to return to her, especially in an increasingly competitive marketplace.”
—Eric Dezenhall, author of
Best of Enemies, False Light, and other fiction and nonfiction books
Erin has marvelous story instincts. She possesses an amazing ability to discern the forest in my writing despite all the trees and unlock the full potential of the narrative.”
—Harry Hunsicker, author of
The Life and Death of Rose Doucette and former executive vice president of the Mystery Writers of America
Books and Authors
Over the past two decades, I've edited almost all genres, spanning fiction and nonfiction.
I've worked with a fascinating array of best-selling authors, debut novelists, thought leaders,

master thriller writers, Egyptologists, cutting-edge doctors, paranormal investigators,
criminals, historians, poker players, true crime reporters, spiritual leaders, and even the Hells Angels.
The following is just a sampling of the hundreds of titles that I've worked on throughout my editing career.

Elevate your writing.
